We had a fantastic experience at K's Kitchen! The moment we walked in, we were greeted by the owner, Phil, who is incredibly nice and welcoming. He took the time to recommend some of the popular dishes, and we decided to try the Japanese curry along with an order of gyoza. The food was delicious, with authentic flavors that made the whole meal memorable. The atmosphere is cozy and unassuming, perfect for a casual dining experience. We’ll definitely be returning to explore more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Food is amazing! Had the kotteri bowl (fried chicken with sauce and mayo), I only regret getting a regular size and not a large! The breading on the chicken was perfect - not too thick, chicken was moist and the sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and savory. I grew up in Hawaii so we’re big on rice, and K’s was nice and sticky so you could pick up a good bite without it falling and it held the sauce very well. Simple atmosphere, very clean, plenty of space. And excellent customer service! They had great recommendations that suited all of our tastes, pleasant, friendly. And the food came out really fast, nice and hot. We’ll def be repeat customers here esp since we live right around corner. Can’t go wrong here! We’ll be back to try the katsu and the poke. Just don’t go on a Saturday night, they ran out of all their sides. But that’s our fault for going late.

Delicious! We've never tried this type of Japanese food before and it was delicious. The pork cutlet was tender and perfectly fried. It paired nicely with the rice and sauces. It doesn't sound like theist appetizing thing but it was comforting and delicious. Will definitely return again. Very simple vibe and they had one tv playing Pokemon and one tv playing Japanese dramas with subtitles.

I have not had Japanese food like this since my Japanese friends have moved back home. It feels so nostalgic and tastes absolutely phenomenal. The lack of focus on interior allows the food to shine. I got the katsu curry and the edamame, and just the smell was mouthwatering. Please come here, you won’t regret anything

I was brought here by a friend and I’m so mad he didn’t introduce me to this place when I was in Provo daily. The service is wonderful! The staff, especially Phil, are so welcoming and kind. While the place is a little small is inviting and feels homey and clean. But the food, oh my god the food. I have never had such amazing oyakodon and gyudon in my life. The portions of the small are still plentiful and it tastes amazing. But the star of the show is their onigiri. I don’t care how simple they are, they are perfect! The tuna mayo is my favorite and balances the saltiness of the tuna and subtle sweet of the mayo immaculately. They sell out of onigiri fast so go at opening if you want to have them. My friend also swears by the pepper one. One day when my addiction to the tuna finally lets up I’ll try the other filings. K’s is seriously my favorite spot in Provo and I’ll be coming back as often as I can.
